• EU Orders: Delivery typically takes 5-10  business days from the shipment date.
• International Orders: Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination.

4. Shipping Costs

• EU & International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the carrier takes possession of the goods. However, if you have any issues, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
